Step 1
Order repair
Find your product via the repair catalog and create your repair request through the Dentsply Sirona service portal.
Step 2
Send in your product
We will contact you and define the best option to send in your product. We will provide you with either a prepaid return label or a repair box with a return label. After receiving the product in the repair center, we will immediately repair your device in case of a flat rate service. For non-flat rate service products, you will receive a quote for approval. Approvals are done through the Dentsply Sirona service portal with your digital signature.
Step 3
Delivery of the repaired product
After completing the repair of your product, you will receive a tracking link to see the status of your shipment.
